Back Door Pico

Ingredients

  • 9 Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • 5 Jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1 Small Purple Onion, diced
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1/2 Bundel Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Ears Fresh Corn, boiled and scraped
  • Salt and Papper to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and let flavors merry for at least an hour. Enjoy!
